Jinele Sayroo began her nursing career with AdventHealth in August 2020 as a nurse resident and has exemplified dedication, compassion, and leadership every step of the way. Her drive and natural leadership qualities quickly propelled her leadership journey from charge nurse to Nurse Manager of the Medical-Surgical Unit in under four years. Jinele’s leadership is deeply rooted in empathy and service.

She’s known for her commitment to team development, especially in fostering and cultivating new leaders and fostering a strong, patient-centered culture. Jinele leads by example by being present for her team, whether the team is celebrating a win or weathering a tough day. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jinele is a devoted wife of over 12 years and a proud mother of three boys. Having previously received a DAISY for extraordinary nursing care, the DAISY Nurse Leader award is a testament to the lasting impact she continues to make, not just on patients but on her team and the entire AdventHealth community.
