While I was going through the scariest time of my life, fighting stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, I was blessed to have Marcelina as my infusion RN. She always went above and beyond providing excellent care, no matter how short-staffed the RN team was. Her compassionate nature shone through her PPE, and despite not being able to see her face, she always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Her thorough safety checks made me feel confident in my care, and she explained each step of my care with her in a way I could easily understand. Her interactions with coworkers were always positive, and she kept them and me in good spirits with gentle humor. I wish she could always be my RN when I need care. She is not only an excellent nurse, but an incredible advocate, and she is The Best at pain-free injections.
