The whole unit from the beginning to the end of my stay has been fabulous. Everyone was professional, attentive and compassionate. I was treated with respect and care. I can’t believe how quickly you all answer call lights; I truly believe this was a record. The other thing that I truly respected is while I walked the halls (and I did this a lot), everyone, even if they were not my nurse or tech, would say “hi” with a smile – that is what elevates a unit, when everyone is kind and relates to all patients. Great job and great unit.  Thank you for the wonderful, healing care.

Every single nurse during my stay made me feel extremely well taken care of and safe. The attention, care, non-judgement and communication of the whole team was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of me. I was admitted DKA and diagnosed with diabetes. They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was educated on everything by the time I was discharged, as this was my first time even finding out I was diabetic. Just an overall amazing group of people, and I couldn’t be more thankful for what they have all done for me.
