Family member(s) had been admitted for several days. We were getting very few answers, very few opportunities to have input, and we felt left in the dark and frustrated. Savannah was a shining light. She consistently took time to listen to concerns. She was calm, reassuring, skillful, and sensitive. She went the extra mile to turn our situation around by reaching out to all the right people. We felt totally cared for by her, not just related to getting meds and physical help, but because of her extraordinary bedside manner. She was practical, acted, and followed up when needed. Savannah also treated family members with care and concern. Because of Savannah’s dedication to her work, our family is now being moved to Advanced Care at Home. Kudos to Savannah for being so attentive, so proactive, and so skilled at sorting through what was possible and what was not. She is one fine nurse!
