Thanh is very professional, and if he doesn’t agree with you, he takes the time to explain his reasoning for his actions and care. Instead of just walking out of the room, he takes the time to actually speak to the patient.

I feel like he truly cares about my recovery. I feel like he listens to me when I speak to him, like he just really cares. His assistant is also learning the same traits. I am grateful for him being my nurse during my stay here at Redlands. He deserves an “atta boy.”
