I have been seeing Nurse April as part of my egg freezing journey. I was extremely nervous about starting this process for many personal reasons, but Nurse April’s kindness and understanding have enabled me to go through with it. Knowing I can send her a message with any question, no matter how seemingly trivial, and get a prompt and thoughtful reply has made me much more confident.

She was able to talk me though how to make my at home injections more comfortable, she listened to my fears about the more invasive procedures I would be experiencing, she helped me schedule my appointments around my work and holiday schedule, and she has always approached our conversations with a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor. Her humor and her caring personality shine through in her work. I am very grateful to be working with her.
