Natalia genuinely cares about the residents here at Lakeshore, and her actions demonstrate this. She provides each person with individualized care as needed. She would make sure my mom would get an evening yogurt or sandwich when she wasn't eating well. If we have questions regarding our Mom, she will answer or find out the answer for us and will call us with updates when needed. Natalia is always friendly to the residents, our Mom, and our family.
