I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and admiration for the exceptional care provided to my daughter, O, by Nurse Suzette Downes during our recent visit to Broward Health Medical Center Trauma Center. O was admitted following a severe car accident, and it was during this incredibly challenging time that we were fortunate to have Nurse Downes as part of her care team.
From the moment Nurse Downes took over my daughter's care, she exemplified the highest standard of professionalism and compassion. Nurse Downes made an immediate and profound difference in our experience. She took the time to understand the needs of both O and our family, addressing our concerns with great attention and patience. Her calm and caring demeanor brought much-needed comfort to us during a time of great distress.
