Lisa Barnett is a very smart nurse and has great control over the floor she is working. She shows a great personality to her peers, staff, and most of all her patients, whom she keeps safe. It has been great to be in the hospital with her as my nurse. She is always on top of everything that is going on as far as safety, making sure my medication is given on time, and having a wonderful smile for all to see. The floor she is working on is running a total higher level of awareness to the patients, her CNAs, and the higher-ups. She said that 11 years at UNC Health Caldwell has been a great enjoyment for her. May God bless her and continue to help her be the best in her field.
