We would like to nominate RN Keith for the DAISY award in recognition of his exceptional care, dedication, and kindness during my brother's ongoing stay in the hospital. Keith has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and compassion, making an incredible difference for both my brother and our family during this challenging time. RN Keith has taken the time to clearly explain my brother's condition and any updates regarding his health, always ensuring we fully understand what is happening. His ability to communicate in such a calm and thorough manner has helped ease my worries and provided us with the clarity we desperately needed. In addition to his expertise, Keith has been an incredible source of comfort for us. He has shown deep empathy and sensitivity, taking the extra steps to reassure us during some of the most difficult moments. His consistent support has been a source of strength for our family, and we feel truly cared for under his guidance. 

RN Keith embodies the qualities that make a nurse not only skilled but also compassionate, kind, and genuinely concerned for the well-being of his patients and their families. We are incredibly grateful for his care and attention, and we feel blessed to have him with us and for my brother to be under his care.
