This statement cannot convey how deeply Tiffany has touched my life. When I got to the unit, Tiffany was really concerned for my well-being and advocated for me. My situation was severe. She was having to change a bleeding open wound every hour. I probably should have been in the ICU. She never faltered or left my bedside. This has been one of the most difficult times in my life, and she kept reassuring me that I was okay and that she would do everything in her power to ensure I was. My husband and I knew what was happening, and I was getting the best care possible.

One morning, there was a miscommunication, and I thought I was being sent home. Aside from the health issues, I was dealing with short-term disability and insurance issues, and she was checking in with me on her way out on a night I was not her patient. I was in tears and full-on panic attack. She set down her belongings to comfort me; she helped calm me down and went to my day nurse, anyone she could contact to get everything straightened out. She is my Angel. Every night she is here, whether or not she is my nurse, she always checks on me. All my nurses and nursing assistants have been wonderful, but I will always remember how Tiffany made me and my husband feel safe, informed, and loved. She is truly an Angel.
