Vickie works in the pre-op area where many patients come in scared of a procedure and potential bad news. She has the calming personality to help patients relax and insert a little humor. We frequently see comments from patients who mention her by name when they answer their survey. Vickie is a patient advocate; she holds her colleagues accountable, is respected by her peers, and is able to see both the caring and business sides of healthcare.
