Caitlin is an absolute rock star. We recently started a family medicine practice at the destination campus in Victor, and Caitlin was brought in as the family med nurse. She has become a leader for our clinical staff. Her level of focus on patient-centered care is incredible. She takes extra care with each patient, even if we are backed up or behind. She has been here since the fall and has already made meaningful relationships with family med patients, and is always coming from a place of anxiety. She advocates for all, employees included. She even started working on things that are outside of clinical duties, like creating a monthly newsletter for the building, highlighting staff members, and keeping the entire office up to date on what's going on with our campus, and with the organization as a whole. She is an absolute workhorse, kind, empathetic, and an absolute dream to have on a clinical team. If she is ever not in office for whatever reason, it is noticeable. We are beyond blessed to have her here, and any office would be lucky to have a nurse even half as talented as Cailin. She rocks!

Caitlin is an LPN in a newly established family medicine practice, and she is an INCREDIBLE asset to our team. Not only is she an excellent team player and helps everyone, but she has also been an amazing resource to other staff and our patients. Caitlin has only been a nurse for a year, but handling triages like a rock star. I am the RN on site, and today I had to be at another office. She called me and told me of a critical situation with a patient currently happening that needed triaging. She overheard an ortho patient saying her blood sugar was low. Since it was an ortho patient, she could have put it off on the ortho provider, but she DIDN'T. She jumped in and triaged and provided excellent care at an extraordinary level. She called me every so often to give updates, but she took control of the situation and handled the patient with care. This office has is AMAZING because we have Caitlin and if anyone deserves a DAISY, she does.
