The ED is so lucky to have Robby. Robby cares deeply for all patients, he cares for his fellow coworkers, and can always be counted on. He demonstrates leadership, guidance, and a strong work ethic. Robby will work extra on shifts that are not his normal 7a-7p to help out when the ED is in a pinch. He will stay late; he will come early and do whatever is necessary to give patients excellent care while supporting his team alongside. Robby embodies all the attributes of what DAISY stands for. He is passionate, as he cares deeply for people, no matter the circumstance. Robby can be counted on to always give excellent care and has a great attitude, even on the busiest of days. He listens to patients and coworkers, taking their concerns into account. He is willing to teach and guide anyone who may need or want it. Robby takes safety seriously and always has the patient and staff's best interests at heart. Robby is an asset to Fort Sanders. The ED is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated nurse to serve the community, and for this reason, I want to nominate Robby to receive a DAISY Award.
