I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Erin, an incredible nurse leader who continuously inspires and motivates me and so many others. She is the kind of manager everyone would hope to work for—engaged, compassionate, and deeply invested in both her team and the patients we care for. I feel incredibly privileged to work under her leadership. What sets Erin apart is her ability to create a shared vision that motivates us all to strive for excellence, bringing her vision for "Utopia General Hospital or UGH, for short, into many conversations. She doesn’t just tell us what to do—she leads by example, fostering an environment where we feel encouraged, supported, and empowered to grow. Her enthusiasm for nursing and patient care is contagious, and she makes me want to be better—not just for myself, but for our team and the people we serve.
