Cho-Chi is an exceptional nurse. She is kind, knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and quick to respond. She managed turn-time and proficiently, and quickly. Even after an incredibly long day, she never wavered in her kind demeanor. I found her to be very focused and precise when issuing meds. She always kept the patient info board in my room, filled out correctly, and always kept it updated. I noticed that as soon as she left for the evening to go home, the next person who took over gave me my meds at the time that it said I should get them on my board, but then did not update the board after giving me my meds. There was a small issue between me and one of the Aids. When Cho-Chi found me upset and crying, she was able to reassure me that I did nothing wrong. She knew I was in terrible pain as well. And didn't need to deal with any of this stuff. She let me know that everything was going to be OK and reassured me that I did nothing wrong.

I could go on and on, but will end here with this: Cho-Chi's is one of the kindest and gentlest nurses I have ever met.
