She told me everything that I would expect and let me know that it was going to take a little more time to get to the surgery because a baby was being born, and the anesthesiologist had to be there.

I was utterly impressed with Liz’s professionalism and care after my procedure. Her smiling face and concern about my overall well-being. She was thorough with instructions and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend having my procedure done at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, given the excellent service and care I received.

Liz was pleasant, helpful, and had a sense of humor. All staff at MHSC were pleasant from check-in to release. I was taken for surgery on time. My wife was kept informed of my progress. The doctors answered all my questions and eased my concerns.

She is a very special person. She is caring and also has a personality that makes you feel at ease. Some nurses in the past were kind of grumpy – not her! She told me everything that I would expect and let me know that it was going to take a little more time to get to the surgery because a baby was being born, and the anesthesiologist had to be there. I told her that a little anesthesia goes a long way and please let him know that it takes a long time to come out of it. When we got to the surgery room, I told the anesthesiologist not to give me too much. He said the nurse had told him, and he said that he would take care of me and not to worry. When I returned to my room, the same nurse was there, and it was nice to see her again. She made me comfortable, and I said she was wonderful. It’s always nice to have the same nurse from beginning and end. It’s always hard when you have one, and when you are done, have another one. She walked us to the door of the hospital and again asked if I was OK. I laughed and said yes! She laughed and said, 'Yes, you are.' Thank you very, very much.
