I am honored to nominate Jordan Riordan for the DAISY Award. Despite being new to his role, Jordan demonstrated exceptional dedication, resilience, and expertise as a Nurse Educator. For the past six months, he has, for the most part, single-handedly managed the education department, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.​

His ability to seamlessly transition into this demanding role and maintain high standards of education and support for our nursing staff is truly remarkable. Jordan has not only been highly engaged but has also fostered a positive and collaborative learning environment. His innovative teaching methods and unwavering commitment to excellence have significantly impacted our team, enhancing both their skills and confidence.​

You would never know that he had been operating alone. His organizational skills, proactive approach, and genuine passion for nursing education have made a profound difference.
