This Nurse took her time to make my grandma feel comfortable and heard. She is hard of hearing and seeing. This nurse listened and had compassion and understanding of her needs and the questions and concerns of the family.

Any time we left, we genuinely felt like she was in good hands. I can only imagine the workload and how busy a nurse shift can be. To still demonstrate that kind of patience and care that touches the heart and restores your faith in humankind, we cannot give this nurse enough thanks.
