During my patient rounds, nearly every patient and family member highlights her exceptional commitment to patient education, empathy, and overall care. Her ability to transform a patient's experience — turning what could be the most difficult day of their lives into a manageable and comforting one — is remarkable. Hannah takes the health and loss of our patients to heart. When a patient who had been with us for over 60 days lost their battle, Hannah and the patient’s family embraced, sharing memories of how much the patient adored and trusted her. To this day, she remains in contact with the family, a testament to the deep and lasting connections she fosters.

Hannah truly defines what it means to lead with love. Just today, two families expressed to me that they felt Hannah was heaven-sent, alleviating their overwhelming anxieties and providing the reassurance they desperately needed. Her readiness to assist during emergencies and her genuine concern for every patient she encounters reflect the highest standards of nursing care.
