Bekah is a fantastic nurse who cares about her patients! My son hadn’t been feeling well all day and had a high heart rate, fever, and was very sweaty; he didn’t want to bother with anything. She was truly concerned and kept reaching out to the surgical team to express her concerns about him declining, and he wasn’t looking well either. She advocated for my son to get some new pain meds because his PRN meds weren’t helping him, and when the surgical team agreed with what she said, my son’s health tremendously changed once he received the medication he needed, and I’m so thankful for her! I’m not sure what would have happened if she weren’t here today as his nurse, but her instincts and good heart are what helped him get back to his regular self, and I’m truly thankful for her!! I hope to have her again anytime one of my kids comes here, she’s truly amazing and sweet!
