Cory has always been a role model for caring, excellence, and nursing professionalism.
A hero’s journey is defined as a template of stories that involve a hero who goes on an adventure, is victorious in a decisive crisis, and comes home changed or transformed.
Cory’s work as CNO has been a journey that has changed not only her, but those she has led, and we are grateful.
Cory’s ability to lead and grow others is amazing. She has a servant’s heart that she willingly shares with others, always seeing the best in people. She faces challenges by pulling together people and resources to serve a higher purpose. I will always be grateful for her heart, leadership skills, genuineness, and ability to connect.
Cory is a leader with finesse. Her love for patients shows as she leads high-performing nursing teams to deliver the best outcomes. She is resilient, positive, and displays our mission each day. Her leadership, mentoring, and faithfulness will always be remembered by me.

Cory is not afraid to admit mistakes and works with frontline to correct mistakes. She empowers the frontline nurses to make decisions. Cory is always about what is right for the patient.
