Not only was she a compassionate caregiver, but her expertise and knowledge in the clinical field were very impressive.
My 87-year-old mother broke her hip, which resulted in a 12-day hospitalization, 10 days in intensive care, and two days on the sixth floor. We were beyond blessed by having Amy as my mom’s nurse. Not only was she a compassionate caregiver, but her expertise and knowledge in the clinical field were very impressive. She went above and beyond her duties by always being available to our family and making a difficult time bearable. She cared for my mother as if she were her own mother. She tenderly washed her face, stroked her hair, and spoke gently to her while administering care. When I think of her level of care and compassion, it brings tears to my eyes. She is a beautiful human being, and the world would be a better place with more people like her. She is undoubtedly an asset to Mercy Hospital and should be recognized for a job well done. Thank you. Your kindness and beauty will never be forgotten.
