Charles took care of my mom with such care, kept her smiling, asked what hurt, and helped ease pain, wrapped her arm in a warm blanket after taking an IV out that was causing problems, that no nurse has ever done for her before. He knows what he is doing and does it with such passion and care. Never once questioned her about her questions. There is not one bad thing I can say. He did such a fantastic job that it made me appreciate this hospital even more than I already do. This is why I love Woodstock Hospital.
