My husband was on 5W, and there were questions asked. She went the extra mile and found the answers. Along with her being very pleasant in taking care of our room, I felt comfortable knowing he was receiving proper medical care. She was there when I would call. She quickly met my needs, responding faster than the other nurses, and she would do everything to help me when needed. Her personality was always upbeat, and by being this way, it helped me get through the day.

Upon learning that my father had been hospitalized, I returned home from school. I found one nurse to be quite helpful in assisting my father. Her name is Mikayla. The time she took to explain the whys and hows was exceptionally helpful. The extra minute brought comfort to my father. She answered the calls, never “made a gesture,” which was welcomed. She is a genuine nurse who has not made my father feel like a burden.
