Jordyn was so available to me when I needed clarification of what was being done to me. She goes out of her way to describe what is being done for me, to explain procedures, care for my comfort, and help with my anxiety about being here. She thinks out of the box to get things done. She was always available to me to see to my issues while she was my nurse, but she also checked in on me when she was working in a different hospital area.
