Ian took the time to get to know us as a family and about J, despite her being neurologically inactive. Ian played RB/Old School music for her, which was her favorite, as well as ensuring that he and all the staff talked to her as if she were in a normal state! He treated us with compassion and respect and made it feel as if he were part of our family!
