My brother was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that left him with several fractures in his foot and arm, an open-book pelvic fracture, and no motor or sensory skills in his right leg. Nicole has made a truly enormous impact on my brother’s care.

He was unable to do anything on his own, so Nicole immediately stepped up to help in every way. Her unwavering kindness, empathy, and professionalism made this tragic accident bearable for all of us. Nicole went above and beyond to ensure my brother felt supported, heard, and cared for at every stage of his treatment. She made sure to brush his teeth when he couldn’t, washed his hair, and was very diligent in ordering anything he might have needed. She always followed through on ensuring my brother received the treatment he needed.

Her persistence truly made a difference in ensuring he received care and treatment promptly. Nicole’s attentiveness to his needs, both medical and emotional, gave our family a sense of comfort and reassurance.

What truly sets Nicole apart is her ability to connect on a personal level. Aside from taking the time to explain treatments and procedures compassionately, she took the time to share her own story about an accident that led to leg paralysis. She shared her strength and gave my brother hope that he would get past this and walk again. Nicole took the time to check in with the rest of our family as well, always offering her support, which meant the world to us. It is clear that she genuinely cares about patients as people beyond a clinical setting.
