Robin took care of me during a recent hip replacement. She explained everything that was happening or was going to happen thoroughly. She checked on me the whole time. I think she knew that I was anxious with the long wait. She showed great compassion. She talked to me and shared stories, and got me a warm blanket when I was cold.
