With over 31 years of dedicated nursing service, Tracy Lange exemplifies the very best of what it means to be a compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered nurse. She is always very prepared, organized, and is an outstanding communicator. She is extremely compassionate and sweet with patients and her co-workers.
An example of her compassion and going above and beyond, she has reached out to numerous co-workers when they have received a serious medical diagnosis. She gives them her personal number and says they can call her day or night. She offers to meet up or chat on the phone if they need someone to talk with. Her compassion oozes out of her; it is just who she is. She is the real deal!
As the lead of our Imaging nursing team at Ridges, Tracy not only brings clinical expertise to every procedure but also a calm, reassuring presence that instantly puts patients at ease, especially those who arrive anxious, in pain, or facing uncertainty. Whether she’s coordinating complex care, mentoring colleagues, or advocating for the needs of a vulnerable patient, she leads with heart and purpose. Tracy’s leadership is quiet yet impactful- grounded in empathy, excellence, and an unshakable dedication to the patient experience.
