I sincerely want to share my experience. This nurse provided care for my husband of 42 years. It was over and above all that I could ask. She is certainly professional in all aspects. I’m grateful, thankful, and blessed that she was chosen for my loved one, as well as for myself. Those last days were tough, and this nurse comforted me as well as my husband. With her caring ways, she showed me a true companion. When fluids were coming out of my husband, she was right there to help with cleaning up. The practices and team approach at the VNA really touched me. My husband went into his new place in peace, comfort, caring, and love, guided by God and in the presence of family. Thanks for your skilled services.

A doctor stated that the hospital staff and the family of a peds patient, were very happy with the care they received from our Pediatric Team but especially from this nurse. This nurse did a great job with this patient.

This nurse was also recognized during our CHAP survey as being compassionate and providing excellent care; they were especially impressed with her wound care, which was observed. It is my honor to present this DAISY award to Albina Ostaeva.
