She is very knowledgeable and applies herself fully to her patients and students. She is a great leader who is not afraid to challenge her students and help us grow to the best of our abilities.
Krupa Thomas was the first to go out of her way to help not only us as students but other nurses on the floor. She is very knowledgeable, and RCU is lucky to have her!

Krupa Thomas has been an amazing clinical instructor. She has taught me so much throughout this clinical experience and has helped me grow throughout this semester. She has also helped each and every one of us in every way she can, even when she was busy doing other things, and I really appreciate her for that and for making sure we got as much clinical experience in the hospital setting as possible.

Professor Krupa Thomas was my clinical instructor for Medical Surgical II in the fall as well as Pediatric clinical in the spring. In reference to having her as a clinical instructor for two different clinicals, I can attest to her dedication, kindness, and commitment to her work and her students. Professor Thomas embodies every quality a clinical instructor and nurse should strive to obtain. During my Medical Surgical II clinical with her, I experienced a loss in my family that made it very difficult to get through clinical. She listened attentively to what was going on in my life, empathized for my situation, and was greatly generous in checking in on me throughout the day and making sure I was not too overwhelmed. Throughout that day, I experienced a difficult patient who snapped at me, but Professor Thomas stood up for my character and did not let the patient beat me down. I admire Professor Thomas not only for her heart and steadfastness, but also for her application of skills in clinical and nursing settings. She is very knowledgeable and applies herself fully to her patients and students. She is a great leader who is not afraid to challenge her students and help us grow to the best of our abilities. In addition, she helped me gain a connection on the Pediatric floor and spoke highly of me to a nurse, as this is the profession I would like to pursue. All in all, I highly value her as a person, and I believe she deserves the DAISY Award.
