Paula is an extraordinary individual who truly cares about anyone and everyone she comes into contact with. In the limited time I have been able to get to know her, she exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond for others. She is constantly pushing for professional growth in herself and for her students. You can tell she truly does have a passion for what she does. She takes extra time out of her day to check in on her students and is always looking to encourage those around her. She motivates her students to excel in all that they do and to keep compassionate, patient-centered care as the focus.

Paula is such an amazing individual, role model, and mentor for all the students she comes in contact with. I am honored to have her as one of my clinical instructors and to be able to learn from her during this short period of time. She truly has inspired me to become the best version of myself and to continue to grow in my future role as a nurse.
