Vicki has been an outstanding driving force behind the ultrasound programme at Care Fertility. 

Her passion, determination, and tireless commitment have been nothing short of inspirational. Thanks to her leadership and hard work, the initial in-house programme was a resounding success—so much so that it has now grown into a full Masters course in partnership with Birmingham University. Vicki has remained a key figure in this exciting development, continuing to shape and inspire the next generation in the field.

Amazingly, she has achieved all of this while continuing in her demanding role as Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner at the Care Leeds clinic. Her ability to balance both responsibilities with such excellence is a true testament to her dedication and professionalism. Vicki’s impact has been remarkable, and she is respected by the whole Nursing leadership group.
