From the minute Mark walked into my room, his personality immediately grabbed my attention. Professional, mixed in with a little humor, he made me feel comfortable. I can say with certainty that he cares and treats his patients with the same energy.

Although the nursing staff who tended to me during my stay were all extremely helpful, Mark just stood out from amongst the group. Mark went above his call of duty, and I feel I not only had a nurse taking care of me but a close friend.

Mark helped get my husband checked in and helped me a lot. I don't walk very well, and he helped. He was very caring to us both.

When my wife was having a panic attack, Mark spent special time with her, helping her calm down and giving her a sense of well-being. He was also very kind in the way he treated her in his regular rounds.
