I had my third ablation for my heart today, and Marcia is my nurse. I am actually having my daughter help me write this while I am still in the hospital bed because of how much she is standing out. From the very beginning, she helped calm me. She was so attentive to every need I had. It’s odd to say, but my experience with this procedure was pleasurable because of her. I woke up, and while they were taking the tubes out of my body, she stopped what she was doing to hold my hand because of the pain I was in. 

She has demonstrated such kindness, and there is a gentleness to her that not all nurses have. I can thoroughly tell she loves her job and cares for her patients deeply. I feel very blessed to have her as my nurse.

While she is very kind and held my hand when I was in pain, she is also very intelligent, explaining what she is doing while she works. To have such intelligence, kindness, and enthusiasm all in one is simply amazing!
