Jessica Bichler attended Penn State, where they studied Psychology and Nursing, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a true passion for caring for others. Outside of work, Ms. Bichler is devoted to their family, which includes two young boys, a 9-month-old and a 2-year-old. Their family is their world, providing joy and fulfillment beyond their professional life.

During nursing school, Ms. Bichler worked as an aide at Geisinger, gaining valuable experience and insight into patient care. In 2011, they took their first position as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Geisinger Community Medical Center (GCMC).

Geisinger has been a true haven for Ms. Bichler's growth and development. Their adoration of bedside nursing has been fostered and remains unwavering. The opportunity to work alongside team-oriented and compassionate colleagues has made each step of their career an ongoing honor. Ms. Bichler believes there is no greater reward than truly loving what you do for a living. While one can be a nurse almost anywhere, it is the colleagues at GCMC and on D5OAC that make working at Geisinger not just a job, but an ongoing heartfelt journey.
