I have had the privilege of working with Mary for over 5 years. When we hired Mary, she was very new to the Immediate Care setting. What stood out most early on was that Mary was willing to work hard to strengthen her skill set. She would ask appropriate questions so that she could learn as much as possible. With all this hard work, she has become an outstanding member of our clinical team in the Immediate Care department. I have found Mary to be patient-focused, treating everyone who walks through our doors with compassion and kindness. She is quick on her feet when handling the challenging situations we encounter in Immediate Care. She gets along well with her peers and has a positive attitude. She has grown significantly over the last five years, and I am pleased that she is part of our team in Pelham.

Mary was scheduled to work her shift, and before she arrived, she ran to Hannaford's. While she was in the self-service checkout, a customer fell to the ground, and it was apparent to Mary that she needed help. Because of Mary's background in healthcare, she realized that the woman was having a seizure. She immediately called for store employees to call 911. She kept everyone calm at the scene and assisted the woman as best she could until the police arrived. These are the stories that impact others! She did an amazing job!
