I would like to nominate HM2 Vincent for the DAISY Award for the outstanding empathy and professionalism she demonstrated during my recent OB/GYN appointment. From the moment I arrived, I was met with her kind and calming presence, which immediately helped to ease my nerves during an appointment I had been feeling anxious about. HM2 Vincent was incredibly empathetic and truly listened to my concerns, ensuring I felt heard and respected. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment, taking time to answer my questions and explaining each step of the process in a reassuring and professional manner. Her compassion and attentiveness made a world of difference, and I left the appointment feeling more at ease and cared for.
