Emily has been compassionately thorough throughout my grandad’s stay. She instantly made us feel calm, informed, and welcome. Watching Emily work and interact with our grandad has given us so much peace. We could tell how much she cares for her patients based on how she cared for, talked to, and about him. A specific moment was when she was assisting him in getting up and moving around. As they were walking, we watched Emily gently and lovingly comb his hair down, making sure he looked his best. Emily has made a hard time in our family so much better. Knowing he is cared for and loved this way while we are gone is the greatest gift we could ask for.
