I came in for my original surgery date, and Kara was great! She understood my fear of needles and took smooth care of me. Unfortunately, that surgery was cancelled due to low potassium. She showed extreme empathy and consoled my tears.

Jump to two weeks later for my rescheduled surgery, and I was ecstatic to see Kara was my nurse again and she remembered my needle phobia!! She is amazing!!
