I currently have a close friend admitted on the AAU and wanted to highlight the excellent level of care and compassion shown by Gloria and her team; they have all gone above and beyond in the way they have shown care, whilst maintaining great professionalism. Gloria has shown great leadership, and this reflects on the overall feeling whilst being on the ward. Not only has this care and compassion been shown to the patient, but this has also been extended to show care for myself and the other friends/relatives involved.

I feel it is important to highlight good care and for staff to be made aware of how appreciated it is. Gloria is an asset to the AAU and the hospital in general and this can be seen in the way the ward feels. Big thank you and appreciation to all the staff on AAU for the continuing care they have shown throughout.
