She is also a pillar of our Endoscopy Culture Club, where she helps cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and compassionate environment for both staff and patients. Kris is not only a dedicated nurse but also a compassionate advocate for her patients. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients feel heard, safe, and comfortable, especially during times of fear or anxiety. Her calming presence and ability to ease patients’ concerns are invaluable in providing the best possible care. Whether it's taking the time to explain procedures or simply offering a reassuring word, Kris ensures that her patients and their families feel supported every step of the way.
