Alexandria, known to everyone as "Alex", is an RN with a caseload of group home sites. Alex provides caseload management and evaluations for our participants residing in our ID/DD Group Homes. She coordinates and monitors all medical care for the persons served on her caseload. In addition, Alex trains and supervises Direct Care Staff in Medication Administration and any other medical services necessary for each person. Alex received an overwhelming volume of nominations from her co-workers and staff, whom she provides medical training and supervision for. The consistent message from the nominations indicated that Alex is a passionate professional Nurse who is consistently available and helpful, no matter what time of day or what the medical issue involves. She is always patient, supportive, and responsive to the needs of the folks on her caseload. There are also times when Alex assists in coverage of additional sites when needed. She also embraces those needs and requests just as diligently as her own assigned caseload. Alex consistently demonstrates the compassion, organization, and dedication required to effectively carry out her vital responsibilities. She is an incredible part of the Nursing Department at People Inc.
