Kelly provides medication administration, monitoring, treatment management, and evaluations for our participants attending one of our ID/DD Day Program sites. She coordinates and monitors all medical care for the persons served in her Day Program. Additionally, Kelly assists her Program RN and direct care staff with medication administration and any other necessary medical services for each individual. Kelly received an enormous volume of nominations from her co-workers. Program Managers and Direct Care Staff expressed sincere thanks and appreciation for everything she does to support them in caring for the medical needs of all the folks that attend their Day Program. The common thread in all the nominations is that Kelly is a kind, patient, and knowledgeable Nurse who consistently provides excellent care to the participants served, regardless of the medical need or support required.
