I was a patient at Garnet emergency room because I tested positive for COVID-19. I was shut in a room for 12 hours. All staff were busy. I was waiting for a CAT scan and a room.

Carolyn came into my room about 5 pm. She was so nice. She took the time to talk to me. I told her about the test, and she said she would check into it. She went right to the source and came back and told me there were two people ahead of me. It was so nice to have a cheerful, attentive nurse to expedite my situation and make it happen.

After being closed in a small room for that length of time, it was great to have this dedicated nurse to ease my anxieties. I know she was just as busy as the rest of the staff, but she gave me her full attention and made it look effortless.
