Jessica exceeded my expectations for excellence in care following my surgery. She is an empathetic, supportive presence who anticipated my needs. Her uplifting attitude and dry sense of humor calmed me and helped me to feel at home. It had been a hectic day on the floor, but Jessica still took the time to joke and help me through this rough experience with compassion. We quickly became friends, and I complimented her for "Being pretty good for an old lady." That was an inside joke since she is far from old! She is an asset to the fifth floor, and I am grateful to have been cared for by her and my entire med team! Everyone on the fifth floor who entered my room did so with a smile, a kind heart, and a desire to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. My surgery and stay were made better because of Jessica and the entire MBMC team! I am forever grateful to you and the level of care you provided during this stressful and worrisome time.
