Since her very first day at the hospital, Hailey has become the exact role model of what we instill in our employees. Everyone noticed her desire to step up and help. She's helped out on short days, advanced to the preceptor role, and is now a lead charge nurse providing support and guidance to the staff, doctors, and patients.
