Nurse Tamara, over the 15-20 years I’ve known her while being inpatient at the Madison VA, has always demonstrated all of the core values with excellence, dignity, and respect. She is very compassionate, sincerely caring for patients, and values, communicates, and diligently serves others exceedingly. She establishes trust, carries herself with distinguished I-CARE values driven by Tamara’s genuine best interest for her patients, peers, and willingness to go above and beyond her responsibilities. Tamara continues to grace and bless everyone with her time, dedication, and leadership. She researches and troubleshoots in team environments to provide her patients with cutting-edge information relating to their needs, unique physical, mental, and emotional, whole body, mind, and spirit. She loves being an RN and demonstrates her efficient and effective “Best Integrity Standards” at all times.
