I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and kindness provided by Midwife Olivia during my recent hospital admission in Ward 30. Olivia went above and beyond to ensure I was okay throughout my stay. She took the time to listen to my baby's heartbeat just to reassure me, which meant the world to me in such a vulnerable moment. When I was struggling with pain and emotions, Olivia was there to comfort me, offering both physical and emotional support. She reassured me throughout. She truly listened to my needs and was proactive in making sure I was as comfortable as possible, even managing to arrange a side room for me when I had difficulty sleeping and recovering surrounded by the sounds of newborns. Olivia's compassion and dedication were evident as she made a point to check on me whenever she had the chance. I felt truly cared for, and her kindness will not be forgotten.
